Tumwesigye
Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Makerere University. He has a vast experience of 19 years in Telecom and ICT Distribution. Paul has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with SMEs in both East Africa and Southern Africa to assess, analyse, diagnose and implement tangible solutions, tailored to their specific situations.
Paul also draws on his extensive international network to access the best know-how, contacts, and partnerships from around the world.

A. Tusabe
Rosemary A. Tusabe holds a first-class Master’s Degree in Business Administration from ESAMI, Arusha Tanzania.
She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the child-focused company, Toddler’s Gold Limited, and also the Creative Director at Ikhaya Residences.
Rosemary has over 7 years of experience in growing and managing private enterprises and also possesses experience in Communications in the NGO sector. She has worked in the Finance Department of the Parliament of Uganda as well.
From 2015 to 2018, Rosemary worked with Telcare Limited as the Business Analyst and later Financial Controller. One of her major achievements at the organization was designing effecient reporting systems that provided management with relevant data for timely decision-making.
She is also currently a board member for Gates Holdings Limited.
Collin
Muyanja
Collin Muyanja is currently the Board Chair of Finca Zambia. Finca Zambia is microfinance deposit taking institution regulated by The Bank of Zambia. Finca Zambia is a subsidiary fo Finca Impact Finance a global network of 20 microfinance institutions and banks. He also serves on the advisory board of Agreennovate Consultancy Ltd. ACL provides innovative Farm land management solutions aimed at putting un-utilized and under-utilized land into productive and profitable agriculture use.
Collin is also an entrepreneur with interests in the manufacturing, real estate and property development and mining sectors. Prior to that he worked for MTN group in various leadership roles and a career spanning over 15 years. Before resigning to pursue private business he worked as Sales and Distribution director for both MTN Zambia and MTN Uganda.

Lukwago
David Lukwago holds a Masters in Public Administration 2019 from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Founder and CEO of a US based nonprofit organization that is demonstrating a holistic model to uproot Ugandans out of the chronical extreme poverty.
Founder and former leader of a medium size communications firm, with more than 15 years of experience winning businesses from large corporations in Telecoms, banks, etc
As a vendor for UN’s World Food project, David managed a medium sized Agribusiness enterprise, with more than 8years working smallholder farmers to produce enough quantities and quality and supplied food to WFP relief needs.
